On January 30, 2026, Heer Medical's "Gathering Momentum for the Future, Moving Forward" 2025 Annual Celebration and Awards Ceremony was grandly held at Tanhualin, Wuhan. The General Manager, department leaders, and all Heer family members gathered together to review the past, honor excellence, and discuss the future!

"Time flows ceaselessly; struggle never ends; original intentions remain steadfast." Accompanied by warm winter sunshine and the joy of ringing out the old and welcoming the new, we bid farewell to the striving and fruitful year of 2025 and enter together the hopeful and glorious Year of the Horse in 2026.

Warm-up Activities

At the beginning of the annual meeting, a magnificent concert officially opened the celebration. Under the guidance of the host, the "Workplace Translator" interactive game quickly ignited the entire audience. Amidst the Q&A, laughter and joy filled the air, and every family member was fully engaged, creating a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.

The brilliant achievements of 2025 were inseparable from the joint efforts of all employees. Among them, a group of outstanding representatives who were dedicated and responsible emerged. To honor excellence, the 2025 Annual Outstanding Employee, Outstanding Team, Outstanding Sales Representative, and General Manager's Special Awards were presented on site.

This honor is both an acknowledgment of the hard work over the past year and a symbol of earnest expectations for the new year's journey. May all Heer people carry the spirit of the dragon and horse, with the momentum of a galloping steed, stride forward into spring, and embark on a new journey together.

In the group creation session, all members were divided into 6 teams to create Nazca-style giant paintings. Teams divided tasks, mixed colors and painted together, collectively creating a new blueprint for the Year of the Horse. With tacit cooperation and brainstorming, vivid artworks gradually emerged one after another.

The lantern riddle guessing activity further stimulated team vitality. Members followed the riddles to find destinations and completed corresponding tasks. The final results were determined by points, with surprise prizes to be won.

The annual meeting stage was also a showground for Heer people to express themselves. The individual solo segment pushed the atmosphere to another climax. Colleagues from different departments took to the stage one after another to showcase their singing talents. This was not just a display of talent but also a vivid portrayal of Heer people's vitality and diverse culture.

Though the stage was small, it carried infinite expression and resonance, allowing every family member to hear each other in the melodies and gather forward in the applause.

The horn of the new journey has sounded. Let us continue with the spirit of the dragon and horse, the momentum of a galloping steed, ride the spring breeze, and march forward side by side. May all Heer family members unite as one, hand in hand, using struggle as the pen and hard work as the ink, to paint an even more magnificent and brilliant tomorrow!
