Recap | Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine Co., Ltd. Team Building Conference
In October 2021, Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine Co., Ltd. held its Q3 team building conference at Shanghai Chint Tus Smart Power Port. With the theme "New Milestone, Setting Out Again," subsidiaries in the medical sector including Wuhan Heer all participated to jointly map out the future blueprint of the medical sector.
On October 18–19, 2021, Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine Co., Ltd. organized its Q3 conference and team building event at Shanghai Chint Tus Smart Power Port. The conference was convened by Zhang Junzheng, Chairman of Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine Co., Ltd., and Ren Dalong, President, with the theme "New Milestone, Setting Out Again."


Key attendees included executives and core personnel from sales, marketing, and technology of Wuhan Heer, Shanghai Jingneng, Changsha Sanji, and Suzhou Dongsheng, as well as the main leaders of Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine Co., Ltd.

The conference was chaired by Wang Shigang, Deputy General Manager of Xinkaiyuan Group. Under the overall leadership of Zhang Junzheng, plans were made for the future development of the group's medical sector, emphasizing that the medical sector should pursue "core development and steady development," integrating existing medical industry resources for new planning centered around "cellular immunotherapy."

President Ren Dalong emphasized at the conference: establishing a business system "with Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine as the management core of the medical sector, unified planning, unified management, and integrating the strengths of each subsidiary." With the resolve to "set sail anew, set out again" and the spirit of perseverance captured in the phrase "though a hundred battles wear through golden armor, we shall not return until Loulan is conquered," he wished the medical sector of Xinkaiyuan Group future success in "winning every battle and being invincible!"

Yu Jiangtao, Group Vice President and General Manager of the Shanghai Marketing Center, reported on preparations for Q4, proposing the integration of channels, resources, products, and talent, and advocating the "New Seven Principles" as the core of marketing work: 1. Clarify the true operating conditions of each subsidiary; 2. Quickly resolve long-standing historical issues; 3. Flexibly adjust organizational structures to adapt to company development and market changes; 4. Implement group management philosophy across all subsidiaries; 5. Establish a robust cross-company and cross-department settlement system; 6. Vigorously cultivate talent; 7. Establish a results-oriented performance evaluation system.

Wang Shigang, Deputy General Manager of Boai Xinkaiyuan Group, proposed an initial exploration of building a biological reagent system, vigorously attracting talent, establishing a reward mechanism, and promoting the formation of a research and development department to support the future development model of scientific research projects.




Encouraged by the leadership, the heads of each subsidiary in the medical sector — Mao Haizhan, General Manager of Wuhan Heer; Jiao Baojin, Executive Deputy General Manager of Changsha Sanji; Zou Xiaowen, General Manager of Shanghai Jingneng; and Li Shegang, General Manager of Suzhou Dongsheng — summarized the work of the first three quarters and outlined their outlook for Q4.
The group expressed full confidence in the future of each subsidiary in the medical sector and commended the current subsidiaries' work style of "working diligently and keeping firmly to their targets." All subsidiaries were called upon to continue carrying forward the spirit of hard work and to dare to rise to the challenge when faced with difficulties!
New Milestone, Setting Out Again


The conference then proceeded with group discussions led by GM Yu Jiangtao for the marketing operations center and GM Huang Wen for the R&D department, jointly exploring and thoroughly exchanging ideas around channel integration and management in marketing, as well as emerging technologies and resource utilization in R&D.


For this event, Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Precision Medicine Co., Ltd. invited Mr. Tian Lixiang, a member of the International Committee on Cytopathology and professor of pathology, to conduct in-depth discussions on how to establish a cervical cancer lesion gene screening system suitable for Chinese conditions, as well as Ms. Liu Binbin, Chairman of Changchun Bao'ao Medical Co., Ltd., for academic exchange and discussion, hoping to mutually draw on each other's experience and achieve shared success with the Xinkaiyuan Group medical sector!

The achievements of Boai Xinkaiyuan Group in the chemical sector are already so outstanding, and the medical sector is rapidly catching up! This team building conference has made us deeply aware: every team must be tempered through a thousand trials before becoming truly invincible, and every successful person must put in unimaginable effort to stand at the top! After the conference, all members drove to visit the Xinkaiyuan Group's international base in Shanghai's Songjiang district. Covering 56 mu of land, this base will become a medical technology transformation base with an international vision, strengthening our confidence and determination in the future development of the Xinkaiyuan medical sector.


The team building dinner was hosted by Chairman Zhang Junzheng, allowing each subsidiary in the Xinkaiyuan medical sector to fully communicate, enabling all attendees to speak freely, exchange sentiments, unite as one, and forge ahead together!
