A Record of the "Voice of Heer" KTV Singing Contest
On Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2017, Heer Medical held the "Voice of Heer" KTV Singing Contest, with 18 employees taking the stage to sing. Together they expressed gratitude for the company's platform and for their homeland, and through song, strengthened the team's cohesion.
The sky is grateful to the white clouds for their adornment, and repays them with boundless blue; the flowers are grateful to the rain and dew for their nourishment, and repay them with radiant bloom; the trees are grateful to the sunlight for its warmth, and repay it by reaching toward the sky.
On this occasion of Thanksgiving, a one-of-a-kind "Voice of Heer" KTV Singing Contest was launched on the afternoon of Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2017, in the multi-function hall of Heer Medical's independent office building at Building C3-16, Guanggu Xin Center, Optics Valley, Wuhan.
Each contestant showed their unique talents to the fullest. The contest was organized and planned by the HR and Administration Department with the assistance of the Training Department, and a total of 18 entry applications were received by the registration deadline. The contestants displayed their individual talents on stage, captivating the audience with melodious voices and dazzling performances — a feast for the eyes and ears unlike any other. The competition reached one climax after another, with thunderous applause erupting from the audience time and again. Interactive games were interspersed throughout, keeping laughter flowing non-stop.
One singer's voice lingered long after they left the stage; the next took their place, pouring out emotion in song that resonated for days. The audience listened intently while the contestants sang with all their hearts: "No Need to Guess" swept everyone away to the other shore of the Pacific; "Caged Bird" stirred memories of youthful, bittersweet days; "Listening to the Sea" transported us all to a vast and shimmering shore...
After fierce competition, Contestant No. 6 — Di Yuanyuan from the Third-Party Laboratory — won first place with her outstanding stage presence and captivating voice. Second and third place went to Contestant No. 1 — Wang Qingwen from the Production Department — and Contestant No. 7 — Liu Chunxia from the HR and Administration Department, respectively. All other contestants who participated on-site received beautiful gifts.
This event was held against the backdrop of Thanksgiving, serving on one hand to respond to the Xinkaiyuan Group's call for Thanksgiving activities, enrich the daily cultural life of Heer employees, and add joy to their lives; and on the other hand to serve as Heer employees' heartfelt gift of gratitude to their homeland. Through song, we expressed gratitude to Xinkaiyuan Group for the platform that brings us all together, and gratitude to Heer Medical for the platform it provides each member of the team for growth and development. We wish the company brilliant success and our homeland prosperity and strength!
